Hunan University of Arts and Science

International students seeking admission to the University should submit the following:

1. Language &Culture Programs

(1) HUAS Application for Admission (international students) (click to download pdf of checklist)

(2) Physical Examination Record issued by public hospitals (click to download pdf of checklist)

(3) Letter of Introduction issued by the local government or foreign affairs adviser of the college.

(4) 10 recent color headshots (3CM*4CM).

(5) Application Form for International Students to HUAS (Form JW202). Admission notice will be sent to the applicants when qualified for application.

(6) Applicants shall conduct(X) visa for study in China with JW202and admission to Chinese Embassy (consulate) in the host country.

2. Bachelor’s Degree Program

(1) HUAS Application for Admission (international students) (click to download pdf of checklist)

(2) Complete academic credentials (certificates, diplomas, matriculation examination results, degrees, etc.) (photocopy acceptable)

(3) Financial Certification issued by the guarantor responsible for legal responsibilities

(4) Physical Examination Record issued BY public hospitals (click to download pdf of checklist)

(5) 10 recent color headshots (3CM*4CM).

(6) Application Form for International Students to HUAS (Form JW202). Admission notice will be sent to the applicants when qualified for application.

(7) Applicants shall conduct (X) visa for study in China with JW202 and admission to Chinese Embassy (consulate) in the host country.
